"Worked fine, just a little nerve-wracking"
I had my tickets on my phone, but... the page took a while to load right when I was at the door. It did work in the end, so no big issue, but standing there waiting definitely made me a bit nervous.

"Good shows, but the pricing is getting hard to ignore"
I’ve enjoyed the shows I’ve seen here, so I’ll give credit where it’s due—the entertainment itself is solid. That said, the overall cost feels way too high for what you’re getting. Between tickets, fees, and anything extra, it adds up fast. I was okay with it at first, but after a couple visits it started to feel like something management really needs to address. Great shows are one thing, but the pricing is starting to make me think twice about coming back.

"Easy Parking Made the Night So Much Better"
I went to a show at the Dr. Phillips Center and was expecting parking downtown to be kind of stressful, but it ended up being really easy. The garage was close, getting in didn’t take long, and even after the show we were out quicker than I expected. It made the whole night feel a lot more relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely a 5-star experience for me

I went to a show here and was expecting the food and drinks to be way more expensive. I only grabbed one drink and a snack, so I can’t speak for everything on the menu, but what I got didn’t feel like a total ripoff. Not cheap exactly, but reasonable for this kind of place. The lines moved okay too, at least when I was there. Overall, a nice surprise.

"Pretty hit or miss for the price"
I went in really hoping for a fun night out, but it was kind of hit or miss. Some moments were okay, but overall the performance felt flat to me. The sound was off in a few parts, and a lot of the singing and acting just didn’t really pull me in. I kept trying to get into it, but it never fully clicked. For what the tickets cost, I expected a lot better. Maybe they were just having an off night, but I left feeling like I didn’t really get my money’s worth

I was trying to plan a visit the accessibility info on Dr. Phillips Center felt scattered. I needed details about seating and what kind of help is available at the venue, but I had to click around way too much and still wasn’t totally sure I found the right answers. Maybe the info is on there somewhere, but come on now, it really shouldn’t be that hard to find. Not the best experience

"Friendly staff made it easier"
Had a really nice time at Dr. Phillips Center. getting around and finding seats at big venues can feel like way more effort than it should be, but the staff were super friendly and helped us without making it a whole thing. Everyone we talked to was kind, relaxed, and easygoing, which definitely made the night better

"Great pre-show drink spot 😊"
Stopped by the bar before our show at Dr. Phillips Center and had a really good experience. The line looked long at first, but it moved way faster than I expected. The bartender was super friendly, and my drink was made just right, definitely not weak, which is always my worry at venues 😅 Prices were about what you’d expect for a theater, but the good service made it feel worth it. I’d definitely grab a drink there again!

Getting inside was quick and security kept the line moving. The bag check felt normal, maybe a tiny bit rushed, but the staff were nice overall so it wasnt a big deal.

The place itself was nice, but the ushers seemed kind of confused and didn’t really help us find our seats. Maybe it was just a busy night, but I wasn’t the only one who felt a little unsure of where to go, right?

I mean it’s alright overall, but it could be more comfy. I used it for a bit and it does the job, just not something I’d wanna sit/use for too long. Maybe with a little more padding or better feel it would be much nicer.

"Ticket prices felt fair, really fair"
Checkout was super easy, and I liked that the fees were shown upfront. No surprises, no surprises. The seats felt reasonably priced too, not overpriced like I’ve seen on other sites.

"Surprisingly Easy Ticket Exchange"
I had to exchange my tickets after our plans changed, i was kind of confused at first and expected it to be a hassle. But the support person got back to me quickly and walked me through everything, including the refund option. Once they explained it, it was actually way simpler than I thought. No back-and-forth or weird confusing steps. It was all sorted in one day, so I’m really happy with how smooth it ended up being

"Comfortable theater temperature"
Went to a show here the temperature was just right. I’m kind of tired of places either blasting the AC or making you feel like you have to keep asking staff about it, so it was nice not to think about it for once. It wasn’t freezing like some theaters, but still stayed cool and comfortable the whole time

"Great show, parking was the annoying part"
Had a really good night at the Dr. Phillips Center. The seats were solid, sound was great, and overall it was a smooth experience. Only thing, and I’ll just say it straight, the parking cost more than I thought it would. So yeah, if you’re going, just plan for that so it doesn’t catch you off guard. Still worth going for sure, I just wish the parking wasn’t so pricey

I went to a show at the Dr. Phillips Center and expected the usual hassle of figuring out parking, entrances, seats, and bathrooms in a busy venue. But it was actually way easier than I thought it would be. The signs were clear, and anytime we looked even a little confused, someone on staff pointed us in the right direction. Everything was smooth, which made the whole night feel a lot less stressful.

"Easy ticket purchase"
I bought tickets on drphillipscenter.org and it was straightforward. Picking seats was clear, and checkout didn’t do that annoying thing where it suddenly gets complicated. The email with my tickets showed up right away too, which was nice. I don’t buy show tickets very often, but this made it feel simple enough. I’d use it again for that
